Our property is located on a quiet estate in the village and it is only a short walk to the harbour and sandy beach. The house is on two floors and accommodates up to four adults and two children. There is a spacious lounge which includes TV and WIFI and leads through to a good sized open-plan dining room. There is also a fully-fitted kitchen and a rear utility room. On the upper floor is the bathroom which includes both a bath and a shower. There are two good sized double bedrooms on this floor. The front bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe, together with a unique and varied library of books to suit all tastes, for guests to enjoy. The rear bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobe. The smallest bedroom has a single bed, with an extra pull-out bed, so ideal for two children, and there is shelf storage for clothes and belongings.
Extra towels and spare bedding are plentiful. Private parking is available on our drive for one car, and there is public street parking. The two village shops are a short walk away and our village has a variety of pub/restaurants to suit all tastes. The house has a front garden and an enclosed garden at the rear of the house.
We can provide a travel cot and high chair for babies upon request. The property is a pet and smoke free environment.
