This ground floor apartment is on the edge of our seaside village and opposite the beautiful sandy beach and the sea. The property accommodates up to a maximum of four adults and two children. The main entrance is at the rear of the property, and the facilities include a king-size bedroom with en-suite shower-room, TV and wardrobes, a double bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and TV, which leads to a front conservatory, a relaxing place to sit and watch the world go by. The third smaller bedroom has two junior size single beds and small wardrobe for children. Extra towels and spare bedding are plentiful. There is also a main bathroom which includes both a bath and a shower, a spacious lounge with dining table and also TV and WIFI. The property is modern, spacious and fully equipped with everything you will need for a holiday by the sea – including buckets and spades! There is shared parking on the drive with room for two cars if necessary. Being on the ground floor, the property is suitable for anyone with walking or mobility issues and also includes a wheelchair ramp if needed. We have our own front garden for guests to enjoy. We can provide a travel cot and a high chair for babies upon request. The property is a pet and smoke free environment. Our seaside village has a great variety of pub/restaurants and two shops, and is perfectly located to explore our beautiful Northumberland coastline.
